How AEAPL intends to handle service enquiries and recruitment applications.
Online submissions are not open yet. The arrangements below apply when the forms are enabled.
Who handles your information
Akash Enterprises Automation Private Limited (AEAPL), Bengaluru. Registered office: 4TH FLOOR, NO 430, ANNA COMPLEX, HOSUR MAIN ROAD, HENNAGARA GATE BOMMASANDRA. Privacy questions can be sent using the contact form once submissions open.
Service enquiries
We request your name, company, contact details, service needed and message so our service team can respond to your enquiry and discuss a site visit. Please do not include passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Job applications
We request your name, contact details, role of interest, experience, location and resume to assess your application. Applications are sent to our HR team with a copy to the designated recruitment reviewer. They are used for recruitment, not marketing.
Resume retention
Our policy is to delete resumes within 30 days after the interview process and recruitment decision are complete. If no interview takes place, the same period runs from completion of the application review. This includes resumes received for general applications. HR is responsible for removing copies from recruitment inboxes and downloaded folders. This is a manual process, not automatic website deletion.
How forms are delivered
When enabled, submissions are processed on our server and delivered by email through Resend. Resume files are passed as attachments. The website does not keep a separate application or resume database. Delivery providers and recipient mail systems may retain processing logs, backups or message copies under their own retention arrangements.
Service enquiry retention
Service enquiries are retained while they are needed to respond and manage the requested work. AEAPL will confirm its longer-term enquiry record retention schedule before submissions are enabled.
Spam prevention and technical data
When forms are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions to reduce automated spam. A hashed, short-lived identifier is used to limit repeated requests. Form contents and resumes are not stored in the rate-limit store. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information needed to operate their services.
Other website services
Google Fonts receives technical request information, including your IP address, when fonts load. No advertising or analytics scripts have been added. The map is currently a placeholder; Google Maps will operate under its own privacy notice if enabled.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information through the contact form once submissions open. Necessary business records, email backups or records retained for an applicable obligation may be handled separately. Submitting an enquiry or application does not subscribe you to marketing.
